COACH HOUSE THEATRE, MALVERN

The Permanent Way is a gripping drama exploring the consequences of privatising the railways and is told through the first-hand accounts of those most intimately affected – from government ministers & railway execs to survivors of the rail disasters and transport police.

Though, just as One Flew Over The Cuckoo’s Nest is not actually about asylums, The Permanent Way uses the institution of the railways as a lens through which to explore universal themes of timeless resonance.

With the current rail strikes and controversial plans to privatise other key public sectors, The Permanent Way has never been more relevant!

This production of The Permanent Way is presented by Special Arrangement with Casarotto Ramsay & Associates Limited
